When it comes to HGH supplements there is a lot of controversy around various products and whether they actually work or not, and to be fair these HGH supplements are not all created equal, and not all of them have the science to back their claims. GenF20 Plus is one of the HGH supplements that has the science to back it, so we are going to have a look at the GenF20 Plus clinical study.

Genf20 HGH Supplement

But first it’s important that we understand the difference between an HGH supplement and HGH injections. The latter is only FDA approved for a couple of medical conditions. HGH injections actually inject a synthetic HGH into your body, which increases your HGH, but there are some serious side effects and the cost is very expensive. Unless your doctor tells you that you need synthetic HGH injections we recommend you don’t use them, even if you can afford to. On the other hand Genf20 Plus is an HGH supplement, which contains no HGH, but rather is made up of a number of ingredients that help to promote an increased production of HGH by the pituitary gland. This is the method that is safest and most affordable, but again not all products are created equal, and not all can scientifically back their claims. GenF20 Plus is a product that has the science behind it, which makes it a popular choice.

The GenF20 Plus Clinical Studies

A number of studies have been completed in relation to the use of HGH, including the Dr. Daniel Rudman study, which clearly highlights the benefits of HGH. These studies have concluded that HGH can reduce the signs of aging and provide a number of other health benefits. That said, most of these benefits are seen when biosynthetic HGH is used, since this is the best way to boost human growth hormone levels. Generally, HGH supplements do not provide consistent results because they act as a stimulant and do not have any science or studies that support the claims they make.

It is clear that Genf20 Plus stands on its own two feet and is actually in a league of its own, because it is the one HGH supplement that is backed by clinical research and known to actually be effective.

In 2012 a double-blind study was conducted by researchers who wanted to discover if the GenF20 Plus supplement stimulated the anterior pituitary gland into producing more HGH for higher levels of IGF-1, which is how HGH is delivered throughout your body.

The study took place over 12-weeks. There were 61 subjects all between 35 to 65 years of age. The participants were divided into two groups –the treatment group had 31 participants and the control group had 30 participants. The participants of group one were given two Genf20 Plus supplements along with 2 ml of Genf20 Plus liquid, twice a day before meals. The control group received a placebo of carboxymethyl cellulose tablets along with 2 ml of flavored distilled water, twice a day before meals.

By the end of the 12-weeks, researchers had observed the treatment group showing an increase in their IGF-1 serum levels compared to the placebo group. However, while there were increases to their levels, these increases weren’t clinically significant. This changed with the observations of those participants over 40 years of age who experienced significant improvement in both their HGH and IGF1 levels. In the under 40 years of age group there were no significant differences between the participants in both groups, partially because in these ages they were still able to produce HGH and IGF-1 levels effectively on their own.

The study also did not show any significant effects on BMI, lean body mass, and body fat loss. However, both groups reported that their sleep, energy levels, and memory increased during the 12-week period. It is believed that if the study had been carried on over a longer-period of time the results would have been better.

While the GenF20 Plus double blind study didn’t have exceptional results, it did prove that the GenF20 Plus supplement did increase the IGF-1 levels. A GenF20 Plus long-term study needs to be conducted in order so that there can be a better understanding of the results that have been tallied. This study also noted no study to date has shown improvement at the same time in every one of the parameters but instead has only shown improvement in certain areas at once. This indicates that there will be greater results with the use of GenF20 Plus, because over a significant longer period of time the IGF-1 levels will increase more, providing the results desired.

Deer Antler Velvet Scientific Evidence

For over 2000 years deer antler velvet has been used medicinally in China for a number of ailments. The effectiveness of deer antler velvet depends on the diet of the animal the antlers were taken from.

There are very few scientific studies on deer antler velvet. Traditionally in Chinese medicine deer antler velvet has treated infertility, joint inflammation, and hypertension. It is also said that deer antler velvet improves mental alertness and memory, speeds up the healing of wounds, improves your libido, increases mental alertness, boosts your immune system, slows the aging process, and restores joints to a healthy state.

Soviet scientists tested deer antler velvet, in the 1980s, on the performance of an elite Russian athlete group, and they were impressed with what they saw. It was clear that deer antler velvet helped to increase muscle mass and strength of the athletes and recovery time from exercising improved.

The increase in strength helped Russian athletes to break their old records and at the Olympics they created new records.

Dr. Rudman HGH Study

During the 1990s, Dr. Rudman carried out a study on HGH that discovered how HGH could reduce even reverse aging. This study helped professionals to understand the role of HGH in the human body.

Clearly the science backs GenF20 Plus, which is why for anyone considering taking an HGH supplement GenF20 Plus is a logical choice.
